what’s required—or at least exposing yourself to some very bright light at

Or you could take melatonin supplements, described at

melatonin promises to prevent heart disease, ageing and improve your sex life.
Alternatively, you could drink a lot on the plane and continue after you land.
Eventually you will fall asleep and once you’ve got over the appalling hangover
you can resume your normal daily life—if that isn’t your normal daily
life.
