isn鈥檛 the first (or last) attempt to cash in on the Internet and its wannabe
surfers. The cartoon how-(not)-to-do-it advice centres on Mr Newbie, a character
cringingly recognisable to any recently converted Net-head. Would make a good
present, but don鈥檛 wait till Christmas. By then, as is the way with printed
paper, much of it will be as dead as a misconfigured modem.
