But I know slugs don鈥檛 really come after you in bed and chop you into pancakes. And even though people do horrible things to the slugs in the book, I still think gardeners should kill real ones. But I鈥檓 worried the poison kills birds. The book was really fantastic, but most of all I like the free cuddly slug you get with it. 鈥淪nuggles鈥� is furry, has antennae and goes everywhere with me, even to bed. Goodnight.
